One of IU's main priorities in the class of 2010 is highly-rated combo guard Kyrie Irving of St. Patrick's High School in New Jersey, a consensus top-ten team nationally. Irving is a 6'2" scoring machine who can play point or two, and is as effective with the ball in his hands as he is on the catch. Now that he's back, St. Patrick's will have a deadly back court, as Irving will team with former IU target and North Carolina signee Dexter Strickland. Aside from IU, Kyrie has offers from all over the country, including Memphis, where family friend Rod Strickland is an assistant, Kansas, Notre Dame, Villanova, and a host of Big East schools.
