2012 Recruit Perry Ellis Nearly Breaks Backboard

One of the few kids in the class of 2012 that IU has offered is Wichita, Kansas forward Perry Ellis of Heights High School. Ellis had a big game this weekend with 22 points and 15 boards. In the game, he had a big time dunk on the break which almost took down the basketball goal. Ellis followed up the game with a visit to Chapel Hill to watch North Carolina play, another team that has offered him. He will no doubt have his choice of schools as he has offers from all over the country. Here is a link to the video of the game highlights, including the dunk. Enjoy!
