Ohio State #1?
False.
could be. i just think that with turner's development, a year under the belt for mullens, and lighty coming back from injury that the buckeyes will be tough. MSU and PU has size issues and i don't think wisconsin can score the ball effectively enough. hence, osu gets the reluctant nod.
Illinois will be nice, and Purdue will be top 2 or 3 in the nation!
BOILER UP! BOILER UP! BOILER UP!
Turner and Mullens will be in the NBA, possibly even Buford.
Purdue has size issues, but MSU will be fine. Who in the Big Ten will get the best of Roe and Morgan? Roe as a freshman, playing at about 80% after 2 off season knee surgeries, has already proven he can handle center. Add a 7 footer, a couple undersized skilled PFs, a couple top 100 6'9"+ freshmen and plenty of talent to go small, and I don't see an issue.
i'm not so sure about the OSU guys bolting for the NBA. mullens is obviously not ready, not that that ever stops anyone. if they leave, it's obviously another story.
i love MSU's team. roe is the real deal, and obviously, morgan is too. but day day green, herzog, nix, and sherman would worry me a bit about inside depth if i were a spartan fan.
purdue will be good too, but as we saw in the PSU game (i know, no hummel or kramer), size is an issue for them, and i'm not sure than bade and robinson are going to solve that as freshmen.
