Poll Results: Who Will Win the 1A State Championship?

With 133 total votes in this week's outcome, the P-Hoops Poll of the Week was as close as could be. Only a single vote separated the winner from the second place finisher in the 1A State Champ poll. Coming out on top, in their first year of IHSAA eligibility, were the Bowman Academy Eagles, who received 33 votes, or 24% of the total vote. Led by 6'6 freshman phenom DeJuan Marrero, Bowman is a legit contender for certain. With 32 votes and the same percentage, Lafayette Central Catholic found themselves as a close runner-up. Senior guard Dru Anthrop is a huge reason for their success this season. In third place was Jac-Cen-Del, receiving 19 votes for 14% of the total. Triton received eleven votes and Rockville received ten, while Vincennes Rivet, Barr-Reeve, and Monroe Central all finished with seven votes. Congrats to Bowman for their win in the P-Hoops Poll!
