One big time tilt tips off Thursday evening as Fishers (2-1) travels across Indianapolis to square off against Warren Central (1-1). These two teams match up well, and there will a ton of top talent on display. Fishers rolls in after playing at a high level but losing in overtime to Kokomo, 72-68. They got a great game from 6'9 center and Jacksonville University recruit Tyler Alderman, who scored 23 points in defeat. The Tigers also boast a great back court with point guard Jaylon Brown and the productive JP Pena. The Warriors will look to counter Alderman's size and effectiveness with their own big man, Detroit recruit Brent Calhoun, a 6'8 center. The battle in the paint should be fierce. The top player on either team is Warren Central's 6'6 junior forward Devin Davis, an IU recruit who is averaging 18 points per game and put up 20 points in a loss at Cathedral earlier this year. Check back later tonight for a game recap, and later still for an interview with Fishers big man Tyler Alderman.
